Is there anything quite as quintessential as sunflowers in summer? They are sturdy and tall and exude a happiness...more than any other flower in my opinion.
Just past Pungo and almost to the NC border, there is Cullipher Farm Market. We go every year to pick strawberries, blueberries and peaches. We also love the sunflower field and enjoyed grabbing a few beauties for the house.
